With the rapid development of the economy and society,the requirements for talents in PE teaching higher vocational colleges continue to increase,and teaching methods and models continue to be optimized.How to strengthen the infiltration of employment oriented value in teaching practice has attracted much attention in the industry.Based on this,this article first introduces the practical value of employment orientation in vocational PE teaching,and analyzes the employment situation of students in vocational PE teaching.On the basis of exploring the current situation and difficult issues of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges,combined with relevant practical experience,this article explores the construction path of a new employment oriented model of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of clarifying teaching objectives,improving teaching methods,enriching physical education teaching content,and enhancing teachers'comprehensive literacy.
