基于高校应用型人才培养的专业俱乐部教学模式研究——以运动康复专业为例

教学改革背景下,教师应立足于培养应用型人才,高校应该发挥组织、协调作用,引入先进的教学方法和模式,为学生提供良好的学习和生活空间。而专业俱乐部教学模式是一种专业性、服务性的教学模式,高校可以通过建设专业俱乐部教学模式的方法培养应用型人才,适当调整多种因素,呈现多元化、多样化的改革趋势,致力于促进高校专业俱乐部教学发展,从而达到促进高校教学进步的目的。基于运动康复专业,教学模式存在缺失学生主观能动性、忽视教学目标、教学模式混乱等问题,教师应该立足于上述问题,尊重学生主观能动性,设计精细的教学目标,规范教学模式,致力于提升高校教学水平,以符合高校人才培养发展趋势和目标。
Research on the Teaching Mode of Professional Club Based on the Training of Applied Talents in Colleges and Universities—Taking Sports Rehabilitation Major as an Example
Under the background of teaching reform,teachers should focus on cultivating applied talents,colleges and universities should play the role of organization and coordination,introduce advanced teaching methods and models,and provide students with good learning and living space.The teaching mode of professional club is a professional and service-oriented teaching management mode.Colleges and universities can cultivate applied talents through the construction of professional club teaching mode,appropriately adjust various factors,present a diversified and different reform trend,and commit to promoting the development of professional club teaching in colleges and universities,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the progress of teaching in colleges and universities.Based on Sports Rehabilitation major,the teaching model has problems such as lack of students'subjective initiative,neglect of teaching objectives,and confusion of teaching modes.Teachers should focus on the above problems,respect students'subjective initiative,design surprising teaching objectives,standardize teaching modes,and strive to improve the teaching level in colleges and universities,in line with the development trend and goals of college talent training.
