Implementation and Evaluation of Outdoor Education Theory in College PE Courses
This study explores the implementation of Outdoor Education Theory in college PE courses and its impact on students'physical fitness,mental health,and environmental responsibility.Through in-depth analysis of experiential learning,Constructivism Learning Theory,and Transfer of Learning Theory,the study focuses on the effectiveness of outdoor education activities in improving students'learning motivation and participation.The study adopts empirical methods to evaluate the teaching effect of outdoor education by observing and analyzing the teaching implementation process of teachers.The results show that outdoor education can significantly enhance students'learning experience and promote their overall development.This study not only fills the research gap in this field in China,but also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform and development of college PE courses in the future.
