With the increase of people who choose to live in pension institutions,how to ensure the physical and mental health of care personnel and improve their physical quality,has become an important problem facing the pension institutions.Sports rehabilitation training technology,as a comprehensive and targeted rehabilitation means,can help be care personnel to maintain and restore body function and improve the physical quality.This paper is mainly on the sports rehabilitation training technology in the development present situation of the relevant documents and examples,for the sports rehabilitation training technology in pension institutions from the system design,personnel training,environment and hardware and software level,service concept,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to promote the sports rehabilitation training technology in the promotion and application of pension institutions.
