Integration and Innovation of Ethnic Minority Sports and Cultural Traditions
This paper explores the integration and innovation of ethnic minority sports with cultural traditions,aiming to delve into the relationship between traditional ethnic culture and sports activities,and explore how traditional cultural elements can be integrated into sports activities to promote the organic integration of ethnic minority sports with cultural traditions.Through strategies such as excavating the cultural connotations,protecting and inheriting traditional sports projects,and integrating cultural elements into sports activities,this paper aims to achieve an organic integration of sports and traditional culture.It finds that the integration of ethnic minority sports with traditional culture can enrich the forms of sports activities,enhance cultural identity,and promote the inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture.This paper provides theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for the integration of ethnic minority sports with cultural traditions.
