Research on the Value and Strategy of Traditional Ethnic PE Teaching in Guangxi Border Colleges and Universities on the Healthy Development of College Students
The stage of higher education is an important period for the physical and mental growth and maturity of college students and the formation of health literacy.Based on the universities in the border areas of Guangxi,this study uses the literature method and logical analysis method to explore the value implication and alleviation strategies of the teaching of traditional national PE courses on the healthy development of college students,so as to provide some help for talent development.The study suggests that carrying out traditional ethnic sports projects in the border areas of Guangxi is beneficial for students to establish a lifelong awareness of sports,promote the psychological health growth of college students,enhance their social adaptability,and cultivate their ideological and moral qualities.Based on this,it is proposed to cultivate students'habit of participating in traditional national physical exercise,create a good atmosphere in the classroom atmosphere of traditional national PE,develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and laboriously in physical education teaching,and tap the moral education function in traditional national physical education.
