With the continuous development of social economy,people's demand and attention to sports are increasing.Badminton,as a popular sport,has attracted more and more attention to the cultivation of professional talents.In order to cultivate interdisciplinary talents in badminton that meet the needs of society,it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the training of sports professionals and their employment policies,while also clarifying the job and ability requirements of society for badminton students.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to cultivate badminton professional compound talents who meet the needs of society through scientific and reasonable training strategies,and contribute to the development of badminton in China.
