The new era puts forward new requirements for the construction of sports culture in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)schools.This paper uses the literature method and the field investigation method to analyze the development of the sports and cultural activities in XPCC schools and the problems and challenges in the construction of the sports culture.It puts forward the optimization path of the construction of the sports culture in XPCC schools in the new era.The purpose is to effectively promote the construction and development of sports culture in XPCC schools,and then comprehensively improve students'physical quality and comprehensive quality.
