Operation Mechanism and Leap Path of High-Quality Development of Campus Football Culture in the New Era and New Journey
Using literature and other methods,this paper deeply analyzes the high-quality development of campus football culture in the new era and new journey.According to the research,the project activity mechanism,the organization and management mechanism,the incentive driving mechanism and the coordination and guarantee mechanism constitute the operation mechanism for the high-quality development of campus football culture in the new era and the new journey.But it faces practical bottlenecks:insufficient scientific policy-making,hindering the high-quality development of campus football culture;Deeply influenced by the dual effects of biaoism and the separation of sports and education;The development concept of campus football culture is vague,and the talent training system is not perfect.Aiming at the bottlenecks,the transition path is proposed:Perfect the supporting system of campus football culture policy,overall coordination and integration system;Perfect the competition system of the integration of sports and education,and construct the supervision and evaluation mechanism of the development of campus football culture;Excavate the value of campus football culture and education,and improve the talent training system.
