Research on the Relationship between PE Teachers'Leadership Behavior and Students'Health Behavior from the Perspective of Configuration
Based on cross-sectional research design and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),this research explores the impact of the coupling of PE teachers'leadership behavior elements on students'health behavior from the perspective of configuration.The research results show that different combinations of five kinds of PE teachers'leadership behaviors will have different impacts on different dimensions of students'healthy behaviors:First,the effective use of teacher authority has a positive effect on students'healthy behaviors.Second,active support and communication type,active intervention with positive feedback type,focus on teaching management type,lack of support and communication type,enforce discipline with kindness and severity type,and management and communication type will affect different dimensions of healthy behaviors.
