Multi-Dimensional Comparative Exploration of Aerobics and Cheerleading Training
Objective To analyze the functional difference of Aerobics and Cheerleading training.Methods In this study,50 trainers were divided into two groups to conduct Aerobics training and Cheerleading training respectively,comparing the differences in training from multiple dimensions.Results Aerobics training is more difficult,training content is more balanced and reasonable,and it significantly improves the explosive power of muscles in various parts of the athlete's body(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobics training and Cheerleading training both show good training effects,among which the training effect of Aerobics is more significant.It can exercise athletes'lower limb explosive power,improve training effectiveness,and has remarkable significance.
