Research on the Application of Core Strength Training in Wushu Physical Fitness Training
Wushu,as a traditional sport,focuses on both internal and external cultivation,as well as physical fitness.In Wushu training,a good physical fitness level is an important guarantee for athletes to achieve excellent performance.As a key factor of body stability and movement control,core strength plays an important role in enhancing the overall fitness level of athletes and improving their movement skills.This research aims to explore the application of core strength training in Wushu physical fitness training,and to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for physical fitness improvement of Wushu athletes.
