阻力训练对游泳运动学变量影响的系统综述

系统综述2019-2023年有关阻力训练对游泳运动学变量影响的研究,为实践运用阻力训练提供建议。通过中国知网和Web of Science数据库进行文献检索,共检索出664篇中英文文献,采用考克兰系统评价PICO原则设计文献纳入标准,通过阅读标题、摘要与全文,纳入文献进行研究。研究认为,长期进行陆上阻力训练可能对游泳运动学变量的提升有益,建议将其纳入训练计划之中;对于以提高运动员划水表现为目标的阻力训练,不建议采用水中训练;建议结合陆上与水中两种阻力训练,发挥两种训练优势与特点,合理划分陆上与水中阻力训练的比例,改善运动员游泳运动学变量,优化游泳表现,创造优异比赛成绩。
Systematic Review of the Effects of Resistance Training on Swimming Kinematic Variables
In this article,a systematic review of relevant studies on the effects of resistance training on Swimming Kinematic variables from 2019-2023 was conducted to provide recommendations for the practical use of resistance training.Literature was searched through CNKI and Web of Science databases,and a total of 664 Chinese and English articles were retrieved.The PICO principle of Cochrane systematic evaluation was used to design the literature inclusion criteria,and four articles were included in the study by reading the title,abstract with the full text.The study suggested that long-term land-based resistance training may be beneficial to the improvement of Swimming Kinematic variables,and suggested that it should be included in the training program;Resistance training aimed at improving athletes'stroke performance is not recommended to be carried out in water;It is recommended to combine the two types of resistance training,and take advantage of the strengths and characteristics of the two types of training,and reasonably divide the proportion of land-based and water-based resistance training,improve athletes'Swimming Kinematic variables,optimize swimming performance,and create excellent competition results.
