Education informatization has become the main trend in today's education field,and micro-courses,as a major application of teaching informatization,has attracted much attention in the teaching reform of colleges and universities.This research takes the students of the 2022 Physique elective course of Central South University as the research object,adopts experimental research methods,and aims to explore the application effect of micro-courses in dance courses in colleges and universities.Experimental research shows that micro-courses can significantly improve the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students in dance courses,create a positive and engaging learning environment,and thus enhance the teaching effectiveness.The relevant conclusions have reference significance for promoting the teaching reform of dance courses,and also provide useful references for the informatization teaching reform of other Physical Education courses in colleges and universities.
