This article aims to study the teaching mode of Physical Education and Health course based on the modern vocational education system.By analyzing the current vocational education system and combining the characteristics and needs of Physical Education and Health course,a new teaching model has been proposed.This model focuses on practical teaching,emphasizes the subjectivity and participation of students,and aims to improve their sports skills and health literacy.At the same time,this model also emphasizes cooperation with enterprises,providing students with internship opportunities and employment guidance,and promoting their career development.
