With the development of the society and the innovation of educational concepts,fighting and confrontation sports courses have gradually attracted attention in colleges.Boxing and Sanda,as the representatives of fighting and confrontation,can not only enhance students'physique,but also build their resilient willpower.In the current higher education curriculum system,carrying out curriculum ideological and political construction has become more and more important content.Integrating ideological and political elements into Boxing and Sanda courses can provide students with a more comprehensive space for growth and cultivate talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,art and labor.This not only helps to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese Wushu culture,but also expands students'understanding of socialist core values and national spirit.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore and integrate the ideological and political elements of Boxing and Sanda courses in colleges.
