Taking college Table Tennis elective course as an example,this study explores how to integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching of specialized Physical Education courses.It conducts in-depth research and exploration from the aspects of designing ideological and political teaching objectives,exploring ideological and political elements,selecting integration content nodes,designing integration processes,and formulating implementation paths.The study suggests that the integration of ideological and political elements into the specialized Physical Education curriculum needs to clarify the objectives of ideological and political education.At the same time,according to the characteristics of sports projects,the ideological and political elements are excavated through the content of teaching materials,teaching method,competition rules,etc.,and the ideological and political elements are emphasized on the selection of appropriate content nodes in teaching.Furthermore,the study believes that the integration of ideological and political elements should be scientifically and rationally designed in teaching activities and teaching methods,and effectively implement the implementation plan and teaching plan perfectly.
