Research on the Reform of Aerobics Teaching Under the Background of Sunshine Sports
With the overall improvement of social development level,strengthening the physical literacy and sports ethics of teenagers has become the focus of many concerns,colleges also need to shoulder the responsibility of improving the physical literacy of college students.Based on the background of the development of Sunshine Sports,this article analyzes the relevant theories and main problems of Aerobics teaching,explores the shortcomings in Aerobics teaching content,teaching methods and organizational forms,teaching equipment,and assessment forms,and proposes a diversified reform plan for Aerobics teaching.It advocates the development of scientific Aerobics teaching content,the organization of diversified teaching activity forms and teaching carriers,and the scientific assessment and evaluation of Aerobics teaching.
