Research on the Implementation Strategy of Labor Education for Students in Sports Higher Vocational Colleges Under the"Five-Ring Model"
Based on the"Five-Ring Model",this paper innovatively proposes implementation strategies for labor education for students in sports vocational colleges.The research emphasizes the establishment of"Five Qualities and Five Competencies"talent cultivation goals and evaluation indicators,clarifying the direction of fostering labor consciousness and professional literacy.By constructing a multi-party linkage mechanism involving"government,industry,enterprise,school,and community",the paper promotes resource sharing and complementarity,strengthens the synergistic role of family,school,and enterprise,and promotes the improvement of students'comprehensive literacy on the basis of consolidating the strengths of families,schools,enterprises,and other parties.It aims to provide sports vocational colleges with a systematic and scientific implementation path for labor education,promoting the com-prehensive development of students,aligning with national policy orientations,and having significant practical implications.
