运动引起的脑震荡已成为现代运动医学研究的重点.综述了运动相关性脑震荡(SRC)的基本概念、流行病学特点及传统与现代检测方法,包括生物标志物和先进神经影像学技术.同时探讨了防护装备、规则改革、教育培训和新兴技术在脑震荡预防中的应用.未来研究应关注生物标志物和基因检测、先进影像技术、机器学习、大数据分析和多层次预防策略,以提高脑震荡的预防、检测和管理水平.
Abstract
Sport-related concussions(SRC)has become a key focus in modern sports medicine research.This paper reviews SRC basic concepts,Epidemiology,and detection methods,including biomarkers and advanced Neuroimaging techniques.Meanwhile,it discusses the application of protective equipment,rule reform,education and training,emerging technologies in the prevention of concussion were discussed.Future research should focus on biomarkers,genetic testing,advanced imaging,machine learning,big data,and multi-level prevention strategies to improve the prevention,detection,and management of concussion.
