摘要
北京2022年冬奥会的成功举办和参赛成绩的突破,以及2024年第十四届全国冬运会的胜利闭幕,都为我国冰雪运动的发展奠定了坚实的基础.采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法和逻辑分析等方法,对我国跳台滑雪运动发展的现状进行调查.研究发现,跳台滑雪运动存在标准场地数量不足、教练员执教水平不高、后备人才短缺、整体竞技水平较低等困境.针对上述因素,提出构建复合型教练员团队、提高科学化训练水平、跨界跨项选材等对策.
Abstract
The successful hosting of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and breakthroughs in competition results,as well as the successful conclusion of the 14th National Winter Games in 2024,have laid a solid foundation for the development of ice and snow sports in China.This article adopts methods such as Literature Review,Expert Interviews,Field Investigations,and Logical Analysis to investigate the current situation of the development of ski jumping in China.Research has found that there are difficulties,such as insufficient standard ski jumping venues,low coaching skills of coaches,shortage of reserve talents,and overall low competitive level.In response to the above factors,measures such as building a composite coaching team,improving the level of scientific training,and cross disciplinary and cross item material selection are proposed.
