Exploration of Tennis Speed-Strength and Training Measures from the Perspective of Project Characteristics—Taking Serving Technique as an Example
One of the skills that tennis players need to master proficiently is serving technique,and efficient and accurate serving is crucial for building scoring advantages.Scientific strength training plays a crucial role in improving tennis serving skills,and we can significantly improve the performance of athletes by implementing effective strength training.Therefore,strength training is undoubtedly one of the core components of sports training.Speed-strength is an important physical quality for tennis players,and it is the foundation for tennis players to master sports techniques and improve their athletic performance.Reasonable speed-strength training plays an important role in the technical and tactical development of tennis players.Speed-strength is the maximum strength demonstrated by completing an action in an extremely short period of time,and it is a special strength quality that combines muscle contraction strength and contraction speed.The aim of this study is to explore the strength training and corresponding training strategies to optimize the speed of tennis serving from a theoretical point of view,combined with the basic concepts and characteristics of Sports Anatomy,so as to improve the quality of serving.
