Functional Physical Training Methods for Male Badminton Players
This paper mainly analyzes the functional physical needs of male badminton players,and discusses the related physical training methods on this basis.This paper analyzes the physical needs of badminton competitions and the characteristics of functional physical fitness of male athletes,and points out the shortcomings of existing training.The content of scientific functional physical training is elaborated in detail,including strength,speed,agility,flexibility and endurance training,and the design and implementation points of functional physical training are discussed.This study believes that the comprehensive and systematic cultivation of functional physical fitness will greatly improve the competitive level of male badminton players.
