Application and Exploration of Core Strength Training for Swimmers
Swimming is a typical water sports event.The specific development of its sports process has strict requirements on the athletes'own physical fitness and ability to use strength elements.In recent years,core strength,a new training method,has been used in swimming training.The main purpose is to improve the overall athletic ability of athletes,so that athletes can stabilize their body posture during competition,coordinate the exertion of limbs,and better improve sports performance level.This paper aims to explore effective strategies for core strength training in swimming training,and to provide relevant experience for further in-depth training practice.
