摘要

聚焦学生运动能力的培养,围绕高校公共体育教学现状,针对大单元体育教学的内涵、价值、现实困境和纾解路径等问题,运用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,进行深入研究.研究认为,高校公体开展大单元教学可以促进学生运动技能系统化、结构化发展,从而形成体育核心素养;能够落实"教会、勤练、常赛"理念,助推一体化教学模式科学构建.构建策略包括以下几个方面:根据运动能力结构化整合项目内容,促使学生学以致用;创设多维运动情境,鼓励学生探究学习;采取多元评价模式,重视学生协同发展;深入开展课后反思,强化师生综合能力.

Abstract

This article focuses on the cultivation of students'athletic ability and centers on the current situation of Public Physical Education(PE)teaching in universities.It conducts in-depth research on the connotation,value,practical dilemma and relief path of large-unit PE teaching by using methods such as Literature Review,Interviews and Logical Analysis.Research suggests that implementing large-unit teaching in universities can promote the systematic and structured development of students'athletic skills,thereby forming the core athletic literacy;Being able to implement the concept of"teaching,practicing diligently and competing regularly"to boost the scientific construction of integrated teaching mode.The construction strategy includes the following aspects:Structurally integrate project content based on athletic abilities to encourage students to apply what they have learned;Create multi-dimensional sports situation to encourage students to explore and learn;Adopt multiple evaluation mode,emphasize on students'collaborative development;Carry out in-depth after-class reflection to strengthen the comprehensive ability of teachers and students.
