Exploration and Practice of Integrating Cultural Confidence into College Physical Education Teaching—Taking the Traditional Chinese Sports Chuiwan as an Example
From the perspective of curriculum ideological and political education,in order to establish a sense of pride in traditional sports culture among college students and enhance their cultural confidence,this article adopts the methods of Literature Review,Logical Analysis,and Empirical Research to analyze the ideological and political value of modern Chuiwan courses,and conducts research on enhancing students'cultural confidence in in the teaching of Physical Education Chuiwan course in colleges.It Organically integrates curriculun ideological and political education,Physical Education teaching in colleges and cultural confidence,to build a"four in one"system of ideological and political education in college Physical Education,innovate Physical Education teaching mode of modern Chuiwan course,strengthen cultural confidence education,promote the health of college students,accelerate the construction of sports power,and enhance the driving force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
