Exploration and Practice of Integrating Ideological and Political Elements into Public Physical Education and Wushu Courses in Universities
With the deepening of education of socialist core values,integrating ideological and political elements into various courses has become an important direction of higher education reform.Public Physical Education and Wushu course,as one of the common physical education course that students in universities are exposed to,carries the dual mission of inheriting national culture and shaping students'morality.However,in the actual teaching process,how to effectively combine ideological and political education with Wushu teaching,enhance students'ideological and political literacy,and promote the comprehensive development of their Wushu skills and cultural literacy has become an urgent problem in the current field of Wushu education.Therefore,exploring and practicing the organic integration of ideological and political elements with Public Physical Education and Wushu course is not only an innovation of traditional Wushu education model,but also an important way for universities to implement the requirements of comprehensive education,cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.This study aims to find out effective teaching methods and strategies through in-depth analysis and empirical research,providing theoretical and practical support for ideological and political education in Public Physical Education and Wushu course in universities.
