Impact of Registration Motivation and Incentive System on the Satisfaction of Volunteers for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games from TCM Universities
Objective:To understand the current situation of registration motivation,incentive system and satisfaction of volunteers for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)universities,and to analyze the impact of general information,registration motivation and incentive system on the satisfaction of volunteers for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games.Methods:Convenience Sampling is used to evaluate the registration motivation,incentive system and satisfaction of 200 Winter Olympics volunteers from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine through a questionnaire survey,and to explore the impact of general information,registration motivation and incentive system on satisfaction.Results:The total satisfaction score of the volunteers from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in the Beijing Winter Olympic Games was 21.47±2.27 points,with scores in the following dimensions from high to low:psychological happiness,expectation satisfaction,satisfaction with colleagues,satisfaction with leaders,and re-participation;The motivation for registration,incentive system,and satisfaction are all positively correlated(r=0.33,P<0.05;r=0.81,P<0.05),multiple linear regression shows that gender,altruism,ability improvement,reward seeking,and external non-financial reward can jointly explain 72.8%of the total variation in satisfaction.Conclusion:Gender,altruism,ability improvement,reward seeking and external non-financial remuneration can affect the satisfaction of volunteers of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games from TCM universities.In the future education and teaching process of TCM universities,it is necessary to fully consider the motivation and incentive system of volunteers,and improve the satisfaction of college students'volunteers in a targeted manner.
