摘要
运用文献分析法、专家访谈法等,对WCBA中国女子职业篮球联赛面临困境进行分析.研究表明:WCBA联赛的发展将带动中国女篮迈上更高台阶,联赛目前面临着运行机制与管理模式单一、后备人才培养与梯队建设体系落后、市场开发与商业价值不高、宣传渠道有限、女篮运动员薪资收入与关注度偏低等困境.由此,提出健全联赛运行机制与管理模式、完善后备人才培养与梯队体系建设、加速市场开发力度与商业价值发掘、提升运动员工资待遇与关注度、拓宽联赛宣传渠道等对策.
Abstract
By using methods such as Literature Analysis and Expert Interview,this article analyzes the difficulties faced by Women's Chinese Basketball(WCBA)league.Research shows:The development of WCBA league will drive Chinese women's basketball team to a higher level,the league is faced with difficulties such as single operation mechanism and management mode,outdated reserve talent training and team building systems,low market development and commercial value,limited publicity channels,and low salary income and attention for women's basketball players.Therefore,it's proposed to improve the league operation mechanism and management mode,perfect the reserve talent training and echelon construction system,speed up market development and commercial value exploration,enhance the salary and attention of athletes,and expand the league propaganda channels.
