体育教学对大学生心理健康的促进价值与策略研究

在新时代背景下,探讨体育教学促进大学生心理健康的价值与实施路径,对于改善大学生心理健康有着十分重要的理论与现实意义。基于此,研究采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,探求体育教学对大学生心理健康的促进价值以及策略建议。研究表明:大学生心理健康发展受到自身与外界环境双重影响;体育教学对大学生心理健康的促进作用体现在调节情绪状态、协调人际关系、塑造健全人格、矫正异常心理等方面。为进一步优化体育教学模式、科学解决大学生心理健康问题,提出对策建议:营造"体—心"协调发展环境、提高教师队伍素质建设、优化体育课堂教学模式、开展个性化的身心教育。
Research on the Promotion Value and Strategy of Physical Education Teaching on College Students'Mental Health
Under the background of the new era,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the value and implementation path of Physical Education(PE)teaching in promoting college students'mental health.Based on this,the paper uses the method of Literature Review and Logical Analysis to explore the promotion value and strategic suggestions of PE teaching on college students'mental health.The research shows that the development of college students'mental health is influenced by both themselves and the external environment;The promotion effect of PE teaching on college students'mental health is embodied in regulating emotional state,coordinating interpersonal relationship,shaping sound personality,correcting abnormal psychology and so on.In order to further optimize PE teaching mode and scientifically solve the mental health problems of college students,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions:creating a coordinated development environment of"physical+mental",improving the quality construction of teacher teams,optimizing PE classroom teaching mode,and carrying out personalized physical and mental education.
