学校体育高质量发展的目标、困境与路径

摘要
为了能更加深入地探讨学校体育高质量发展的目标、困境与路径,文章采用文献资料法等研究方法,首先,明确了学校体育在提升学生身心健康、促进公平教育以及培养专业人才方面的具体目标.其次,分析了目前学校体育高质量发展中遇到的现实困境,如资源配置不均、师资力量薄弱、评价体系待完善等.最后,提出应通过加大教育设施投入力度、加强体育师资体系建设,以及建立科学的体育评价机制等路径,有效促进学校体育高质量教学目标的实现.
Abstract
In order to further explore the goal,dilemma and path of high-quality development of school sports.this paper adopts methods such as Literature Review.First of all,it defines the specific goals of school sports in improving students'physical and mental health,promoting fair education and cultivating professional talents.Then,it analyzes the practical difficulties encountered in the high-quality development of school sports,such as uneven allocation of resources,weak teachers,and the evaluation system to be improved and so on.Finally,it puts forward paths,such as increase investment of education facilities,strengthen the construction of Physical Education teacher system,and establish a scientific sports evaluation mechanism,so as to effectively promote the realization of the high-quality teaching goal of school sports.
