Experimental Study on the Influence of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation on the Accuracy of One-Handed Shot
Objective:To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on the accuracy of one-handed shot. Methods:The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received transcranial direct current stimulation intervention, and the control group received spurious stimulation intervention. The shooting test and statistical analysis were carried out before, during and after the experiment. Results:After 8 weeks of intervention, the accuracy of fixed-point jump shot in experimental group was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.01).The scores of quick stop jump shot and one-minute jump shot also showed an upward trend, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial electrical stimulation has a significant effect on the accuracy of one-handed spot jump shot in subjects, and also has a certain improvement effect on the accuracy of the quick stop jump shot off the dribble and the one-minute timed jump shot.
