高校体育专业助推消防员体能训练发展的策略研究

摘要
以体能训练为主体,将高校体育专业优势和消防员体能训练短板进行对接,实现提升消防员体能水平的训练目标,发展学生专业能力的培养目标,激发消防部门参与实践育人的潜力,落实高校与消防部门共同发展的目的.以消防员体能训练处于初级阶段、系统性不足、人才不足为切入点,提出深化高校与消防合作、依托现代体能理念提质消防员体能训练、培养消防体能人才3个对策.构建具有理论意义和实践价值的研究成果,致力于推动消防员体能训练的有效发展.
Abstract
Taking physical training as the principal part,the advantages of Physical Education(PE)majors in colleges are combined with the shortcomings of firefighters'physical training,to achieve the training goal of improving the physical level of firefighters,developing students'professional abilities,stimulating the potential of fire departments to participate in practical education,and implementing the goal of joint development between colleges and fire departments.Starting from the fact that firefighter physical training is in its early stages,with a lack of systematicity and talent,this article proposes three strategies:deepening cooperation between colleges and firefighting,improving the physical training of firefighters based on modern physical concepts,and cultivate firefighting physical talents.Constructing research results with theoretical significance and practical value,committed to promoting the effective development of firefighters'physical training.
