Abstract
This article discusses the significance,challenges,and strategies of the fusion of tactical thinking and technical action in badminton technical training.The significance of integration lies in enhancing adaptability and overall performance in competitions.Challenges include the separation of tactics and techniques,individual differences,limitation of training resources,and psychological factors.In terms of strategies,methods have been proposed to establish a unified training system,develop personalize training plans,optimize training through technological means,and combine psychological training with tactical techniques.Through these strategies,it aims to achieve the effective integration of tactical thinking and technical actions,thereby enhancing athletes'competitive levels.
