Difficulties and Relief Paths in the Development of Public Sports Services for the Disabled in Hebei Province
By using methods of Literature Review,Logical Analysis,Field Survey,Interview,this article takes the construction of a strong country in sports as the analysis background.Through visiting the federations of the disabled in each prefecture-level city of Hebei Province and conducting interviews with the disabled,the difficulties faced by public sports services for the disabled in Hebei Province are actually analyzed,and the path selection of development of public sports services for the disabled in Hebei Province is proposed.At present,the public sports service for the disabled in Hebei Province is facing the dilemma of single supply content,imperfect guarantee mechanism,difficulty in expressing demand,imbalance between supply and demand,poor publicity,and insufficient understanding of the main body.The following suggestions are put forward:Adopt clear division of responsibilities,adopt multi-party supply;strengthen financial investment;improve infrastructure,improve the network system,broaden the bridge of communication;increase publicity,and establish correct concepts.
