Influence of Volunteers'Participation Motivation for Hangzhou Asian Games on Subjective Well-Being
Taking college student volunteers of Hangzhou Asian Games as the research object,this article explores the relationship between antecedents(motivation to participate),experiences(work engagement and satisfaction)and results(subjective well-being)of volunteer service.Using methods such as Quantile Regression to explore the effect of volunteers'participation motivation on subjective well-being.The results show that participation motivation has a significant effect on subjective well-being,and participation motivation shows a significant quantile effect and subtle group heterogeneity on subjective well-being.The results of the mediation effect show that participation motivation plays a role in subjective well-being through work engagement and satisfaction,and work engagement and satisfaction have a significant chain mediation effect on participation motivation and subjective well-being.
