Research on the Path of improving the Comprehensive Quality of Physical Education Normal College Students Based on the National Teacher Certificate Examination Background
This article uses methods such as Literature Review,Interviews,Field Investigations,Mathematical Statistics to conduct an in-depth investigation of the comprehensive quality and ability of students in local normal Physical Education(PE)colleges.It is found that the students of normal PE colleges have poor proactive attitude;the awareness of unity needs to be improved;some students learning goals are not clear;poor depth of professional theoretical knowledge and unclear employment goals.Therefore,it is necessary to keep up with the needs of social development,strengthen the expansion of internship training bases and improve students'practical abilities;Based on feedback from the social market and employers,constantly revise talent training plans strengthens the quality of training;Strengthen the importance of the"first lesson"of school and shaping students'good values;Counselors,head teachers and full-time teachers need to give full play to their job responsibilities to provide guarantees for students'quality and employment;The"dual mentor system"must be implemented vigorously and the role of teachers must be fully utilized to lay the foundation for implementing the fundamental task of Lide Shuren,comprehensively promoting the improvement of the comprehensive quality of PE normal students,and lay the foundation for their social competitiveness.
