Study on the Development Path of Physical Education Teachers in Vocational Colleges Under the Background of"Three Education"Reform
The reform of"Three Education"(short for"teachers,textbooks and teaching methods")is an important starting point for the high-quality development of vocational colleges.The core foundation,materialization effect and innovation direction of the"Three Education"reform in vocational colleges are to create high-level teachers,progressiveness textbooks and efficient teaching methods.This article takes the reform of"Three Education"as the background,and analyzing the connotation of the"Three Education"reform for Physical Education(PE)teachers as the starting point,combines the current problems existing in the development of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as the low quality of"dual-teacher"teachers,weak physical education teachers,insufficient teaching and research ability of teachers,backward teaching methods,single teaching mode,etc.,the development path is proposed to promote the development of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges.
