Exploration on the Path of Improving the Theoretical Learning Efficiency of Physical Education Majors Based on the McKeachie's Learning Strategy
Using the methods of Literature Review and Logical Argumentation,based on the value functions of McKeachie's learning strategy theory in cognitive initiative,metacognitive process,and resource management procedural,this article focuses on the practical problems in the theoretical learning process of Physical Education(PE)majors.In response to the unclear sense of learning intention,weak willpower,and weak consciousness of PE majors,from sensibility to rationality:using cognitive strategies to enable students to learn autonomous learning;From his knowledge to self-awareness:using metacognitive strategies to teach students cooperative learning;From self-care to self-control:using resource management strategies to teach students inquiry learning,to improve the quality and efficiency of students'theoretical learning for PE majors.
