Realistic Dilemma and Solution of the Development of Football Sports Schools in China in the New Era
Football cause is the landmark cause for China to move towards a sports power.This article takes football sports schools in China as the research object,and uses the Literature Review,Expert Interviews,and Logical Analysis to explore the historical mission of football sports schools in the new era,and points out that there are dilemmas in its development process,such as:Role and identity transformation,poor cohesion of students;Lack of football population and limited recruitment sources;The selection mechanism is single,and the quality of students is worrying;The policy advantage is weakened,the contradiction between learning and training is intensified.Based on this,it is proposed to create a good institutional space to promote the role transformation;Seek multi-party cooperation to expand enrollment paths;Strengthen the concept of equal development of literary style and establish a scientific selection mechanism;Implement the integration of sports and education to alleviate the conflict between learning and training.
