SWOT Analysis of Sports Clubs Empowering After-School Extended Services
Sports clubs are an important part of after-school extended services,which can not only give full play to the ability of sports clubs,maximize the potential of sports clubs,but also contribute to high-quality after-school extended services.In this paper,it makes a comprehensive analysis on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of sports clubs'empowerment of after-school extended services by using research methods such as Literature Review and Logical Analysis,and constructs a SWOT matrix model to propose the enhancement(S-O)strategy,compensatory(W-O)strategy,expansive(S-T)strategy,and defensive(W-O)strategy,aiming to promote the high-quality development of after-school extended services and meet the needs of more people.
