Endurance Training Strategies of College Wushu Athletes Under the Background of Healthy China
Under the background of Healthy China,more and more attention has been paid to the endurance training of college Wushu athletes.This paper discusses the importance of strengthening the endurance training of college Wushu athletes under the background of Healthy China through the methods such as literature review.At the same time,it proposes the principles of personalized and scientific monitoring training,and elaborates the training points from the four aspects of improving cardiopulmonary function,strengthening muscle endurance,optimizing energy supply and paying attention to recovery and nutrition.On this basis,a set of innovative training methods,creating a good training environment,strengthening the construction of the coach team endurance training strategy is constructed.The research shows that strengthening Wushu endurance training can effectively improve the endurance level of college Wushu athletes and lay a foundation for better results in the arena.This finding highlights the importance of scientific and reasonable endurance training to improve the overall quality of college Wushu athletes under the background of Healthy China.
