Current Situation and Strategy of Cultivating Basketball Referee Ability of Sports Students in the New Era
With the popularity of basketball in the world and the improvement of competitive level,the professional ability of basketball referees plays a decisive role in the quality and fairness of the competition.This study discusses the current situation of the cultivation of basketball referee ability,identifies the deficiencies in the existing education system,and analyzes the main challenges faced by Sports majors in basketball referee training.Based on the evaluation of various aspects such as education system,teacher resources,student participation,a series of optimization strategies are proposed in order to improve the teaching effectiveness and students'professional referee ability.
