Research on the Evaluation System of College Physical Education Courses Based on Taylor Model
As an important part of cultivating students'all-round development,the evaluation system of college Physical Education(PE)courses is gradually improving.This paper analyzes the current situation of the evaluation system of PE courses,including teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation methods.Through the analysis,it is found that there are the following problems in the evaluation system of PE courses:The teaching objectives are not clear enough and are out of line with industry demands;The update of teaching content is lagging behind and is a disconnected from practice;The teaching method is single and lack of interaction between teachers and students;The evaluation subject is single and relies too much on quantitative evaluation.In order to solve the above these problems,the Taylor model curriculum evaluation system is constructed:Clarify specific teaching objectives;Select educational content related to the teaching objectives;Organize orderly teaching activities;Adopt a variety of evaluation methods.
