Research on the Application of Pyramid Teaching Mode in College Physical Education Curriculum Education
In the context of higher education in the 21st century,Physical Education(PE)curriculum has gone beyond traditional boundaries and integrated into diversified educational goals,aiming to enhance students'physical fitness,cultivate psychological resilience and teamwork ability.Takeing the Public PE curriculum of Suqian University as an example,this paper explores the application of Pyramid Teaching Mode in college PE curriculum.Through hierarchical and phased teaching,the model offers diversified sports option teaching to meet the individual needs of students,and builds a comprehensive education system to achieve students'all-round development.At the same time,it reconstructs the PE curriculum evaluation system,implements the"3++"evaluation model,combines the physical fitness test with curriculum evaluation,and comprehensively evaluates students'learning results.In addition,this model attaches importance to integrating ideological and political education into PE teaching,practicing the concepts of of physical education,people education,and mental education,,and building the curriculum ideological and political demonstration course.The research shows that Pyramid Teaching Mode provides students with a learning path that fits their own characteristics and interests,comprehensively improves students'comprehensive quality and learning enthusiasm,and achieves the comprehensive cultivation of students'physical fitness,skills and character.
