摘要
青少年篮球后备人才是实现我国篮球事业稳定可持续发展的重要战略举措和保障.通过研究和分析青少年篮球后备人才多元培养模式的理论向度和实践逻辑,从3个方面提出青少年篮球后备人才多元培养模式的优化策略:顶层设计着手,明确各主体角色分工;以理论为导向,推进多元协同培养;多元主体协同,发挥社会组织力度.
Abstract
Youth basketball reserve talents are an important strategic measure and guarantee for achieving the stable and sustainable development of China's basketball industry.By studying and analyzing the theoretical orientation and practical logic of the diversified training model of youth basketball reserve talents,optimization strategies for the diversified training mode of youth basketball reserve talents are proposed from three aspects:Start from top-level design,clarify the division of roles of each subject;Guided by theory,promote diversified and collaborative training;Multi-subject coordination,leverage the social organization strength.
