Research on the Development and Optimization Strategy of Campus Football Referees—Taking Zhejiang University as an Example
The level of referee enforcement has a significant impact on the quality and fairness of the competition.In recent years,with the rapid development of campus football in China,it is urgent to conduct in-depth research in the field of campus football referees.High-level referees can guarantee the fairness of the competition and promote the sustainable development of campus football culture.In this paper,through the method of Literature Review,it sorts out the problems existing in the current campus football referee work in China and takes the campus football referee work of Zhejiang University as the research object.It adopts the method of Questionnaire Survey to collect the basic data,combined with in-depth interviews and field observation,and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the referee's training,enforcement,and evaluation mechanism.The research has found that the current campus football refereeing at Zhejiang University has the following problems:There are not enough referees and the reserves are scarce;The enforcement environment is poor and the referee is psychologically frustrated;The training content is outdated and the practical opportunities are limited.Based on these findings,this article proposes optimization strategies for the development of campus football referees,aiming to improve the current referee situation and promote the healthy development of campus football in China.
