摘要
青少年啦啦操人才多元培养是体育强国建设的需求,是人才培养体系发展的需要,是促进青少年健康发展的需要.基于此,通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,研究和分析当前人才多元模式构建的问题,并以问题为导向,提出青少年啦啦操人才多元培养模式构建策略,即以理念为核心,促进青少年健康发展;以理论为基础,推进多元协同管理;以政策为导向,明晰各主体职责.该文旨在为研究学者提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
The diversified training of youth cheerleading talents is the requirement for the construction of a sports power,the requirement for the development of the talent training system,and the requirement for the promotion of the healthy development of young people.Based on this,through Literature Review and Logical Analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the current problems in the construction of multiple talent models,and proposes a strategy for the construction of diversified training models for youth cheerleading talents with a problem oriented approach,which is to promote the healthy development of young people with the concept as the core;Based on theory,promotes diversified collaborative management;Guided by policy,clarifies the responsibilities of each subject.It aims to provide valuable references for researchers.
