Retired Athletes Transforming into School Coaches to Support the Development of School Sports in the Context of the Reform of High School Physical Education Entrance Examination
In the context of the reform of high school physical education entrance examination,this article uses research methods such as Literature Review,Policy Analysis,and Logical Analysis to explore the transformation of retired athletes to support schools sports development.First of all,through the interpretation of the policy of the new high school physical education entrance examination,this paper summarizes the new requirements of school sports in the reform of the high school physical education entrance examination,and then analyzes the status and advantages of retired athletes to transform into school coaches.On this basis,strategies for retired athletes to transform into school coaches to support the development of school sports are proposed:Strengthen the training and education of coaches to ensure the sustainable development after employment;Improve relevant policies and systems to provide a solid foundation for the transforming;Combine retired athletes'own experience and practice,innovative teaching model and method;Establish a normal communication mechanism to promote cooperation between retired athletes and departments and the development of schools.
