Quantitative and Qualitative Comprehensive Evaluation and Precise Intervention of Students'Physical Health in Vocational Colleges in Minority Regions
With the rapid development of society and the deepening of education reform,higher vocational education plays an increasingly important role in China's education system.As one of the important indicators of education development,the physical health of higher vocational college students has been widely concerned by all sectors of the society.This article aims to analyze the dynamic changes of physical health of vocational college students in Xinjiang,and to propose effective improvement strategies through quantitative and qualitative comprehensive evaluation.Through Literature Review,Questionnaire Survey and Field Observation,it is found that the overall physical health level of higher vocational students in Xinjiang shows a downward trend,and the main influencing factors are lack of exercise,unhealthy eating habits and high academic pressure.Based on the research results,this paper proposes a series of targeted improvement strategies,including strengthening physical exercise,optimizing diet structure,reducing learning pressure,etc.These strategies aim to improve the physical health level of vocational college students and promote their comprehensive development.
